This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Shipkit ("we", "us", or "our") for the Vercel Shipkit Integration software ("Integration").
By installing, accessing, or using the Integration, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Integration.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Integration solely for your personal or internal business purposes in conjunction with Vercel's services.
The Vercel Shipkit Integration allows users to connect their Vercel accounts to Shipkit, enabling direct deployment of projects from Shipkit to Vercel. The Integration facilitates OAuth authentication between Shipkit and Vercel, and manages deployment workflows.
Use of the Integration requires a valid Vercel account. Your use of Vercel's services is governed by Vercel's own terms of service and privacy policy.
The Integration uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with Vercel. By using the Integration, you authorize Shipkit to access your Vercel account with the permissions you approve during the OAuth flow.
The Integration collects and stores information from your Vercel account, including but not limited to user ID, access tokens, and project information, solely for the purpose of providing the Integration's functionality.
Information about deployments initiated through the Integration may be collected and stored to provide service functionality and improvements.
The Integration may be subject to usage limits based on your Shipkit subscription tier. These limits may include the number of deployments, projects, or other metrics.
You may not:
The Integration interacts with Vercel's API and services. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or changes in Vercel's services that may affect the Integration's functionality.
If the Integration interacts with other third-party services, your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service.
We may from time to time update the Integration to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. These updates may be automatic or require your action.
Support for the Integration is provided according to your Shipkit subscription tier. Support details are available on our website.
You may terminate this EULA by disconnecting the Integration from your Vercel account and ceasing all use of the Integration.
We may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Integration.
THE INTEGRATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE INTEGRATION.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shipkit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Shipkit platform.
